Great Leaders possess
Passion. Gandhi, the peron who led India to independence, who inspired many for civil rights and freedom all around the world. From being jailed to starving himself for the better good of India, he has proven that the never ending passion burns in his heart for his whole lifetime.
Intelligence. Confucius, a thinker in China. Little is known about his background, however he is thought to be the editor of the five classics. His inteligence about life have influenced many into thinking deeper into life.
I think a good leader would look from the big picture and slowly drive into the small details, analysing very aspect of the situation. There he will then come up with solutions and solve the problems. He should not crumble under stress, let his judgement fall under pressure or doubt himself.
